Counseling Services

Deciding to start counseling is a big decision for many clients. I applaud you for taking that step at this time. Counseling sessions run around 50 minutes each. Clients will work one on one with me in order to address their personal concerns or struggles that they want to explore as well as discuss how to work through them. Collaboration is important in counseling as both therapist and client work together. Every week can be different for each client as each session is used to process the immediate issues along with other issues that arise according to the client.

The main goals in therapy are to help clients to reduce their symptoms, improve overall well being, and help clients gain more insight. As part of therapy, sessions are confidential as they are between the client and me. Every client is different so I use different techniques and styles in session. Therapy is tailored to each client depending on the issues that are brought up.

Below is a list of different types of clients I work with, therapy approaches I use, and issues that I have experience addressing.
